Project Updates
Our latest project is off to a flying start. In just a few short weeks, the demolition of the roof has taken place, the new first level floor, wall and roof frames are up. The Colourbond roof sheeting has been completed and the windows will shortly be arriving to site, meaning lock up stage is just around the corner.
This extension and renovation project is really starting to take shape. With all the new wall and roof frames up, windows in and cladding on, it is evident that this amazing home is going to be extremely unique. We are very excited to see the owners and architects vision come to life as we are nearing lock up stage.
LOFTUS – NEW BUILD
The sheer size of this project is really starting to become evident as it is nearing completion. The past few weeks have seen polished concrete floors come to life, bathrooms completed, timber flooring installed, painting underway and Kitchen installation commencing this week.
Externally, the swim spa was craned over the top of the structure and placed into the backyard.
The Team have been doing an exceptional job and we can’t wait to see the final touches come together over the coming weeks.
OYSTER BAY ADDITION & RENOVATION
What started as a first-floor addition has turned into a complete home renovation, and what an amazing transformation has taken place. With the finishing touches underway, this project will be ready for handover in the coming week. We can’t wait to showcase this stunning home when it is finished.
