Design + Pre-Construction

Once we decide to work together, we’ll complete the pre-construction agreement.

You’ll find the benefits of working with a design + build firm start here, as the same folks who design your home will be the same that build your home. And, we’ll take care of the permitting and reporting process for you.

Construction

This phase fills us with immense excitement! We dedicate ourselves to making it as seamless as can be - dare we even say enjoyable?!

The duration of construction may vary depending on the project, typically spanning from 7 to 9 months. However, once you witness the formation of walls and a roof, the experience becomes truly exhilarating.

Post Construction

We go beyond simply handing you the keys and leaving. Prior to completion, we meticulously inspect every detail to ensure a well-finished result.

Once the project is completed, we prioritize your satisfaction by offering post-construction and structural guarantees that span from 3 to 12 months. These guarantees give you the peace of mind that any potential issues arising after construction will be promptly addressed and resolved.
